Special Communications Organization (SCOM) is a Pakistani telecommunications company providing mobile and landline services primarily in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB). It operates under the administration of the Pakistan Army's Directorate General of Special Communications.
SCOM was originally allocated the following mobile number prefixes by PTA:

Due to Mobile Number Portability (MNP), a number starting with an SCOM prefix may now be registered with another operator. Prefix-based identification indicates the original network allocation and may not reflect the current carrier. Always verify the current operator through official PTA channels.
